Mediation Services

Mr. Kelly is a certified Mediator in civil cases and has successfully mediated hundreds of cases involving medical malpractice and injury cases throughout Illinois. He has mediated both State and Federal cases.

As mediator, Mr. Kelly’s role is solely to assist the parties in their effort to amicably resolve their dispute, rather than serve as an attorney for either party or render legal advice to any party. He has a very high success rate, and works with all parties and their representatives both before and during the mediation session to achieve a mutually agreeable resolution.
